Life ever changing - Bitter sweet

 Jan 18th of 2024 already how in the world did we get here lol?

As you can see we got a freezing weather and snow but it just freezes in January apparently lol 

Here is our new field in which I have foraged a lot of great things

Nodding thistle, Senna, and Juniper near by

Our plans are to have an orchard for even more fresh fruit for the animals.

Here is my ginger from last year I am going to have a big tub of it this year as it is the best tea, seasoning and easy to manage !
