I have just fell in love with this lady "Brenda Gantt" Cooking with Brenda Gantt or her other page.
I first saw Brenda on facebook that linked me to her videos on her youtube channel, I watched it about 20 times over and over about the biscuits - I remember the recipe like its my name. I remember her and the flour bowl lol reminds me of an old fashioned memory of my Great Great Grandma Opal Cox. Here are the biscuits I learned to make.
I wanted to share this with you because there are never enough posts about those who will be forgotten and had so much to share. I personally never met her but I really adore her every video. She is so down to earth and really does not stage her videos. She is a true treasure in my book.
I love to call out or shout in successful down home people all the time.
